  • Unpack the rug soon after delivery to minimize creases or pressure marks from being rolled. 
  • Tencel is soft, delicate, and absorbent. Avoid placing in damp or spill-prone areas (kitchens, baths, basements, porches).
  • Vacuum regularly to remove fine dirt that causes wear. Use suction only with a flat nozzle—do not use a brush or beater bar, as this may abrade the fibers.
  • Trim loose threads; do not pull.
  • Blot spills immediately using a clean, dry cloth. Avoid spot treating with water or liquid cleaners.
  • Professionally clean as needed. Never steam clean or wet-shampoo natural fiber rugs.
  • We recommend rotating your rug occasionally to ensure more even wear and sunlight exposure over time.

SHIPPING

Your hand-woven rug is ready to bring warmth and style to your space! Each rug is thoughtfully crafted with strong attention to quality and detail. They ship out within 24–48 hours, and in most cases, customers receive their rugs in less than a week.

RETURNS

Due to the handcrafted nature of our rugs, all rug purchases are final sale and not eligible for return. Each piece is one of a kind, with natural variations in texture and tone that add to its character.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our collection. If your rug arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. Our team will review and work quickly to make it right.

SAMPLES

We want you to feel confident in your selection. Our 12"x12" samples are specially designed to showcase the true beauty of our hand-woven rugs, including the stunning edges that make each piece so unique in the industry. Samples are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
