Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods, and Cancellations

Return Policy and Exchanges

Due to our products being truly custom, Eden Proper cannot accept returns on most items. If you’ve received a faulty item, please refer to our Damaged Good Policy. 

At this time Eden Proper accepts returns only on the following items:

  • Home Decor 
  • Accent Tables

All non-returnable items are clearly labeled on our website to ensure full transparency to our customers. 

Returning Merchandise

Before you initiate a return, please refer to our return policy above to ensure your product is indeed returnable. To make a return please contact us at hello@edenproper.com. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery and subjected to review and approval.

Once your return has been approved, returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original packing slip and/or order confirmation. We do not refund original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Additionally, customers are charged a 25% restocking fee on returned items.

Damaged Goods Policy

Manufacturing defects and damages to products in transit are rare, but do happen occasionally. If you receive an imperfect or incorrect item, please contact Eden Proper’s team at hello@edenproper.com within 48 hours, and we will work with you to replace it. Damaged items require photos of the product and shipping box to submit to vendors. While we aim to have items exchanged as soon as possible, it can take 2-3 weeks for the replacement process to be finalized. 

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations once the order has been placed.
