We partner with trusted, well-known industry vendors vetted for both quality and design, and each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our rugs, we are unable to accept returns at this time — but we stand behind every piece we carry and believe you will love it as much as we do.

Shipping

Sample orders are shipped via USPS. All rug orders are shipped through our freight partner. Shipping fees are calculated and included in your order total.

Individual lead times are listed on each product page.

P.O. & A.P.O. Boxes
A physical address is required at checkout. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

International Shipping
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
