At Eden Proper, every rug is handpicked and held to the highest standard. We partner with trusted, well-known industry vendors vetted for both quality and design, and each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our rugs, we are unable to accept returns at this time — but we stand behind every piece we carry and believe you will love it as much as we do.


Shipping

Sample orders are shipped via USPS. All rug orders are shipped through Maersk. Shipping fees are calculated and included in your order total.

Lead Times
Individual lead times are listed on each product page.

P.O. & A.P.O. Boxes
A physical address is required at checkout. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

International Shipping
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.


Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges
Because our rugs are custom pieces, Eden Proper is unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have received a faulty item, please refer to our Damaged Goods Policy below.

Damaged Goods
While manufacturing defects and transit damage are rare, they can occasionally occur. If your rug arrives imperfect or incorrect, please contact us at hello@edenproper.com within 48 hours with photos of both the product and shipping box. We will work quickly to make it right. Please note that replacements can take 2–3 weeks to finalize.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to process cancellations.
